Terms of Service
Last updated 10-10-2026. Tsoona (the “Service”) is operated by Tsoona (“we”, “us”). Sections 1–14 govern your use of the Service as an artist/business account holder (section 14 covers shop plans); section 15 covers the booking texts clients can opt in to.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
Tsoona provides hosted booking pages, scheduling, client management, reminders, and (on the Pro plan) tools to collect payments from your clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts. You’re responsible for your own clients, bookings, and communications.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Client payments (Pro)
If you enable client payments, you connect your own Stripe account and are the merchant of record for every charge to your clients. Money is paid directly to your Stripe account; Tsoona does not hold your funds and takes no cut of your client payments. You are solely responsible for the goods/services you provide, your pricing, deposits, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and any taxes. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe’s own agreements. Tsoona is not a party to transactions between you and your clients.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or offer goods/services you’re not permitted to sell. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (images, text, client data). You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Service for you. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for handling your clients’ personal data lawfully.
8. Privacy
We process personal data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Client records you collect are yours to control; we act as your processor for that data and provide tools to export or erase it.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsoona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or client no-shows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Shops (group plans)
How shops work. A shop owner pays one subscription that covers several artists (“seats”). Each artist in a shop keeps their own account, booking site and client records, and remains responsible for their own clients and bookings. The owner chooses how many seats to pay for and whether each is Basic or Pro; seats are billed monthly and changes are prorated.
What a shop owner can see. By joining a shop, an artist agrees that the shop owner can view their bookings — including client details, intake answers and booking conversations — and add internal notes to them. A shop owner cannot message an artist’s clients, act as the artist, or edit the artist’s site.
Joining. When an artist accepts a shop invite, any plan they pay for themselves is canceled, because the shop covers them from then on.
Leaving, removal and lapses. An artist can leave a shop, or be removed by the owner, at any time; they keep their account and all their data. If they leave or are removed, or the shop’s subscription ends or isn’t paid, their site stays live for a grace period of 14 days, after which they need their own plan to keep it live. The shop owner is responsible for the shop’s payments.
15. Booking text messages
Program. Tsoona booking texts are sent on behalf of the studio or artist you book with, from that studio’s own number.
Consent. When you tick “Text me about my booking” on a booking form, you agree to receive recurring automated and conversational text messages about your booking — confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and replies from the studio — at the mobile number you provided. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out & help. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from that studio (you’ll receive one confirmation text); reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@tsoona.com. You’ll still receive booking emails.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Available on U.S. mobile numbers.
Privacy. We don’t sell your number or share it for marketing — see the Privacy Policy.
Artists who use texting (Pro). You may text clients only about their bookings, only after they’ve opted in through the Service, and must not send marketing texts. Opt-outs are honored automatically. Texting includes a monthly allowance; texts beyond it are billed as overage at the per-text rate shown in your dashboard.
